Hello all,
For this event we will be working from the Tumbling Run Parking Area south towards Schuylkill Haven. This section has a lot of young trees growing out of the stone face just off the trail and as such their branches can grow wild and into the trail corridor. We will also be tackling some invasive species removal along the section whenever possible.
Parking on site can be tight so, if possible, please carpool if you intend to arrive with a friend or family member!
Basic tools will be provided but if special equipment is required by a volunteer, it is the responsibility of the volunteer to provide this. Gloves and safety glasses will be provided if needed or wanted. Everyone who intends to participate in the event will be required to fill out waiver required before the day of the event. If you are not able to fill out the waiver online some will be provided the day of the event.
